Very helpful of Dean to present my issue to Subaru. My XV had an recurring Eyesight issue. Tests revealed the ABS sensors were the cause and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately my XV was ~14months over its warranty period. Dean was very helpful to submit a case for it to be replaced without cost but had to be adjudicated. I agreed to leave my car there as it was Friday and the decision will not be known till the next working day, or two. Subaru's decision was that the electronics should not have failed like this so the ABS sensor was replaced free of charge. Glad that Subaru takes pride in its products too.

I couldn’t be happier!! I have just bought a 2026 Forrester from the Team at Subaru Castle Towers and everyone made the experience seamless. It began from the moment I started looking. I was greeted by Arthur who was friendly and very helpful. He was attentive and followed up but was not pushy. He was very accommodating and informative and was more than happy to take me on 2 test drives while I was making my decision. His pre-sale and after-sale service and attention was excellent. On the day I picked up my car I was assisted by Alex who was friendly and very professional. She was thorough in her set up and explanation of how to work all the wonderful new technology. Even though she is new and still learning the ropes she was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. I love my new car and thank Joe, Alex and Arthur for making this purchase an enjoyable experience.
